@Hatwildeman Hi, now tell me this - why should I be charged more for not paying by direct debit? I have zero balance on my account and use the app to pay the exact bill but by not paying by direct debit I get penalised. There is no requirement for any staff interaction to process an automated payment so why different charges?

Hi there, I've been an EON customer for many years now & have always been very happy with the service I've received, a while ago I got switched from EON to EON Next, what's the difference between the two? JohnF
Hi, just joined , just done a standard meter reading and the estimated annual cost on the statement is - £2514.35 a year for gas, yet last year use was £795 plus the £27 bill yesterday, so not really sure where the figure comes from? if this is the wrong thread then please move, thanks
