How do I request paperless billing and that all communication is made by email?
The most obvious option of 'communication preferences' doesn't seem to include any option, and I haven't been able to find any other reference to this in my account details or on this forum.
Is there any chance you can pop me a private message with your account number or address so I can look into this with you and make sure this is all updated? I'll be back with you as quickly as I can.
Alternatively, it might be worth popping over to our WhatsApp and asking one of our amazing Digital Operations Team to give you a hand - they're available 24 hours 365 days a year!

I have the same query, I'm sure I've requested paperless billing twice now but still keep getting bills - this is wasteful for the environment. I also can't see any option now on my account to request paperless billing.
This should be standard and easily accessible to all.
I think this should be an easy fix. With your consent, I'll see if I can get @Beki_EONNext to flip the switch for you.
