Has anyone had any luck getting eon to update their smart meter with the tariff data for next drive (v7, v8.. Any version)). This requires a standing charge, two tariffs, and a time slot. Looking at my meter via Bright / DCC I see what is loaded is currently:

I know eon don't bill based on the tariff on the meter, but the ihd uses it to display costs, so would be nice to have it right. Tiz not rocket science after all.
Presumably there is a contact at eon who can do it.. What is THEIR email address?
@GSV3MiaC as @WizzyWigg said, my meter originally only appeared to have a single rate on it, but then magically got upgraded to the 2 rates (as described in the other threads), so it clearly is possible.
Unfortunately some of the EOn CS staff don't understand the intricacies of what the meters are capable of, so maybe a few phone calls will be necessary: if you don't get a sensible answer try again until you hopefully get someone with more experience🤞
