Direct debit adjustment

    Hey all 😊

    Just to let you all know that we are still in the process of reviewing and updating accounts so it may be the next payment before you see any changes. If however you are worried about this you can of course still make a one off payment in your online account or over the phone using your debit card 😊

    Thanks for the info Deb. Like #Mvs above, my account is sufficiently in credit to deal with this. It would be nice, however, to be officially told that no more money will be taken from our bank accounts this month so that we can plan accordingly.

    I totally agree @JohnT and this has already been passed on. We do have a few million customer accounts that need to be adjusted and unfortunately though this does take time and as much as we can prepare for the quarterly price caps sometimes there are a few hiccups along the way. We are working as fast as we can though to get these niggles sorted and people should hopefully be receiving communications soon 😊
