How change dd amount more then 10%. At this moment my payment is 228 which was about right a year a go. Since i installed on november solar panels, bartery storage and iboost+ my payments should be 106-114 but system dont let me change this. People know better about their usage and any changes then system.

Make sure you present your calculations based on your projected usage over the next year and your tariff costs so you can negotiate your DD amount from a position of strength when you contact customer service.I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit. -

I exactly know how much i using, all data in excel 4300kWh last year from January till June only 700kWh this year same period.
