Hi, my IHD has updated today with the new prices .. my online account says my new electric tariff is 32.40 but my IHD says I am paying 35.02 kWh .. wonder if this happening to anyone else .. seems I am paying higher price than I should

Looks like you've got the same problem as me. The figures on your IHD are for North Wales and Merseyside for someone not on DD.

Level 803-04-23Yeap, mine online says 34.76 per unit of electric and 61.82 for standing charge. The IHD says 37.54 per unit and 68.83 standing charge!
Gas prices are correct of the IHD.
Which am I paying, online or IHD?

Level 803-04-23@WizzyWigg Thanks for the link, hopefully it'll sort itself out soon, feel like putting the IHD in a cupboard out of sight, not the first time eon have messed it up (one time for 4+ months without result) and it won't be the last! once the fixed deals start up again I'm jumping ship.
