No-one is saying Eon Next haven’t made a pig’s ear of it but at the same time I’m glad I didn’t have to implement all these changes to all these various accounts.
I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.
I think the £400 discount has been shambolic. No excuses for that at all. The EPG is a different story - they’ve had much less time, so some confusion might be accepted.
Communication has been appalling. For that there are no possible excuses.
Current Eon Next and EDF customer, ex Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.
