Hey @jmax I'm sorry to hear about the issues you've faced trying get a smart meter installed. Have you been back in touch with our energy specialists now that the fusing issue has been fixed? Hopefully they can get this appointment sorted out for you and get you up and running with a shiny new smart meter 😊 Pop back and let us know how you get on with it.
