Usually as soon as we receive the first payment for the direct debit, this takes 3-5 days to clear on the account and both you and the referrer will receive an email to advise when the credit will be applied to the account 😁. If you contact customer services, they will be able to look into this for you and manually apply the referral if needed, let us know how you get on! 😃
