Hi folks,
Because the stupid smart meter doesn't work I'm sending my meter readings every month.
No problems till this month.
A few days ago (18.04) as usual I sent the meters numbers and received a bill 60.78£. Three days later ( on 21.04) recived second bill on my Email - this time 50.46£.
Why is happend that?
How I have 60£ for whole month and after that 50£ for just three days?
If you have received the bills you should be able to check the readings on each. You may find that bill 1 has estimated readings and bill 2 is a replacement using your actual readings.
If its not that then you need to post more detail or contact customer services direct.
Current Eon Next and EDF customer, ex Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.
