10th I had a top up of 50£ on my account for gas, no one in the household had made this top up and customer service do not know either, has anyone got any idea or has this happen to them before.

I had no idea about this, thank you! Still waiting for the electric top up then I guess cause I got both of them done lol
You are more than welcome. Depending on when you upgraded to smart meters may be give it a bit longer then chase the second £50. Not too surprised about your advisor not knowing, they have to deal with many different tariffs and offers. I know that's not an excuse but we are all human. 👴
