The option is still there for me, however i was paying £75 PM when i was on next flex but now I`ve moved to fixed V4 which is substantially cheaper it`s only allowing me to lower it 10% to £68.
It`s still showing £75 recommended DD whenever I look which is wrong, i need to lower it further but I`m not allowed.
So as others have mentioned in this thread you can lower your direct debit online by 10% if you need to reduce it by more then you will have to contact an energy specialist.
You may find that if you have a pending payment or your account is in debit that it won't allow you to reduce your direct debit, in this case again we would suggest that you get in touch with our energy specialists who will be able to offer you further support 😊
