My meter has not worked on Eon since I have moved to them in June 2021. I have complained as they are responsible for updating the software on the meter and it went all the way to the ombudsman when they have offered me a good will credit but nothing has changed. They are not repairing the meters at all.
I will complain further as now I can't join any money back schemes for saving energy as I can't prove how much energy I am using when.
