Last week I become an owner of a house and wanted to supply my initial meter reading to setup my account.
Previous owner stated that EON was the supplier for both their gas and electric on the property.
So far I have not managed to complete this mission. Earlier this week I waited about an hour to speak to someone and again today I failed to speak to anyone after hearing the waiting music for an hour so.
Is there anyone behind these calls or just permanent music is setup?
