Hi I was moved from NPOWER to Eon.next a few years ago and apparently the smart meter is not compatible with you....(typical ill thought out rollout). I had you booked in late last year to finally come out and install a new one to only be sent a message to say you were not doing this now as you were only installing in customers homes who had never had one fitted before................SO CAN I HAVE A SMART METER NOW.
