I've tried countless times to register an online account but I'm not receiving the email from EON NEXT to say my email address has been linked to my account.
Even though its the same email that I used with the old EON site for years and years.
If I log into the old EON site using my email address and old password it says I've been moved to EON NEXT and just set a new password but it just doesn't allow me ?
I tried the new registration link by giving my email address, account number & post code, a message said they would EON NEXT would send an email confirming new account, so far over the last 2 weeks I've received absolutely nothing ???
Pointless ringing customer care as they just keep you on hold and don't reply to emails.
Any advice appreciated
