Yes you can. I’ve switched from V1 to V2 then V3. However they seem to be having issues calculating bills on V2 and V3, especially if you have a multi rate meter. V1 was fine and used your 30 minute data. A number of people have reported big issues with bills and timings since going to V2 and V3. I don’t know if it effects me as I haven’t had a bill for 2 months now!
It was the same when I joined V1 - took more than 10 weeks and a couple of requests to C.S before I started to get regular dual-fuel statements.

Looks like I may be in the same boat again, as I've only had the gas statement for the time up to when I changed from V1 to V3 - I reckon they must be doing a manual calculation initially when you take on a new EV tariff! 🥴
