- @AprilW_EONNext - April is the head of digital operations so she looks after all of our digital operations energy specialists on social media, trust pilot and the community etc. April looks into where we can improve and how we can make the customer journey better!
- @HannahD_EONNext - Hannah is head of the community so when the big changes happen in the community, she's involved with this!
