Hi, thanks for following this up. Unfortunately due to no response from EON installation services I contacted the CEO and I have finally had an email back from his representative who has said as a "gesture of goodwill" they will arrange for the filter to change pipes, however its been two weeks since this email was received and I've followed it up twice to no avail.
@Suzynic Thank you for the update, I'm sorry you've not heard anything from them yet. Have you tried calling the number 0800 054 6250? This is E.on energy's number for boiler services.
