Your meters have lost communication with the smart network. Could be a temporary issue or maybe something more permanent if they've shut down 3G in your area. Nothing you can do about it but keep your fingers crossed and wait to see if it resolves itself.Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. You could put Waiting For Current Data into the ‘Got a Question’ box and you will find lots of threads with things to try. The truth is that I can’t think of anything definitive that sorts it. Some folk drive themselves to distraction trying to fix it and when/if it sorts itself, no-one knows why.
Downloading something like the free Hildebrand Bright app onto a mobile device will gives you lots of consumption data but although quite up-to-date it is still only historical.I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.
