Bog standard 4 terminal meter and a separate Economy 7 timeclock. No boost function and so not suitable for underfloor heating, which in itself isn't really economical in an all-electric property.
I'd personally rip the whole lot out, go single rate tariff and get rid of the underfloor heating. Just use radiant panel heaters in the occupied rooms as and when with a portable OFR for extra heating when required. Electrical heating should be an absolute last resort though...
