I have been advised that grants may be available later this year for replacement home heating such as storage heaters. Does anyone have further information regarding this?

I think you mean the ECO scheme. This is quite convoluted and I hesitate to say too much about it. Its a government led scheme financed by the energy companies out of our standing charges.

Its seems to me to be quite difficult to determine whether a home is eligible, so best you read through this lot and then use the appropriate eligibility checker contained therein.

Depending on where you live, there are different ways to check your eligibility:

• England and Wales: Check the government's website find ways to save energy in your home, or phone 0800 098 7950
• Scotland: Contact Home Energy Scotland, or phone 0808 808 2282.

Evening Just wanted to check was the response you received from https://www.homeenergygrants.net ? I'm sorry to say I can't immediately find any changes at the moment to ECO 4. @meldrewreborn is probably best advice.
