Just had an update from the agent dealing with my meter enquiry, this is what it reads.
"I have heard from our smart metering team that there's a two month wait until they begin working recent cases due to a large workload. Hopefully they should start working on your case around two months from now. Sorry about this."
So that's at least two months before they even think about fixing a problem that they or the DCC firm created and then no guarantee it will be sorted out at that time. Absolute rubbish service but that's only my opinion.
its not just your option but that of OFGEM. At lest there might just be a hint of honesty there.
