@JefferzUK I've got exactly the same problem, I signed up but never had a notification. I rang them told me they were escalating the issue but I never heard back and still not getting notifications really poor customer service

@StillWaiting if you signed up you are eligible they should be sending you the notification but they obviously have some issue and are just ignoring it. Even when I have spoken to them about it they don't know why. The should give everyone who did sign up and have not had notification because of some fault on their side a £100 credit on their account

It doesn't help that I keep seeing adverts from National Grid about they will pay you up to £3 per kWh contact your provider. I keep looking for the small print (unless you are with EON it which case don't waste your time)
