I have been attempting to inform EON since 19th October that I need to close both of my accounts due to house move. As yet I have had no reply to any contact and have been on hold at various times for over an hour at each time. Yet still no answer. Anybody else had this?
Customer Services are snowed under, but if you can try phoning them at bang on 9am, phones are usually answered within half an hour.
Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons.
