Since moving to E.ON Next I have lost all my generation history and payments as well as the graphs which I used to find very helpful to keep an eye on how the panels are doing. They should re name the new company as E.ON Backwards (not Next) as it certainly has gone BACKWARDS not forward.

Is there a way to look back at my Feed In Tariff generation, I used tio get this with E>on but not with E.ON Next :( -

Hopefully someone on the forum will be able to offer some advice but in the meantime you can make contact with customer service by any means listed here.
Replies to emails and WhatsApps seem to be taking about two weeks at present but some are getting through reasonably quickly by phoning as soon as they open at 9am.
