Help - I've been trying to book a smart meter for some time now.
Online it always tells me to call when I select a date.
I have called, and thought we had got this all sorted... and then I didn't get any confirmation of the installation date, contrary to the phone operators verbal confirmation.
I've since been messaged about getting a smart meter multiple times, and there is no record in my account of this having actually booked correctly.
I've tried calling this week, twice, but not got through to anyone.
I've tried WhatsApp... and didn't ever get a reply (waited 36 hours now).
What on God's earth do I need to do to get any level of service from you E.on?
