Appreciate I might be a bit ahead of myself and all might be well but …… usually my meters send readings on the 17th of the month and on the 18th I get a bill. All has been well apart from this month where it doesn’t look as if the readings have gone and so no bill (yet). The app and website do seem to be slow at updating things at the moment?
I think it was @theunknowntech who sorted things for me when I was moved over from eon to eon next but would someone be able to have a look and see what is going on.
