I had smart metering installed a few months ago, and while the electricity readings are being sent, the gas meter has never sent a reading. The IHD is showing gas usage, so some communication is occurring .
Today I took a manual reading for gas and tried to add it but was unable to as the option was blocked.
I think I have a dual band system installed if that has any bearing on the issue.
