When will the tariffs, ie the price of my electricity, gas and standing charges on my Smartmeter be updated? The amount spent it is giving us is meaningless now that the cost has increased,
It was advised that it could take a few days to update and indeed some are reporting that their’s have already done so. Mine hasn’t, but the only way to hasten things now is by contacting customer service, and I’m in no rush to do that.
In the meantime, I have worked out roughly what my new tariff is against my old one, and for me, multiplying what I see for dual fuel by 0.75 gives me a close enough indication of my current expenditure for the time being until it updates on its own or I have a free day to wait on the phone.
