Mine is showing 60p so it looks like you're getting a bargain!

My guess is that these rates were programmed in to start on 1st October weeks ago and they have to wait for them to start before they can change them again to the new EPG rates. It may be that this is the easiest and quickest way to do it because they've got to change every single account.

There's a lot of similar posts so you're not alone, I think we just need to wait a few days and hopefully it'll all update.

Hi, I’ve been paying 50.09 for my electricity for months I get my gas and electric from eon next I pay by direct debit and im on a standard variable tariff. Does this mean from today the most I can be charged for my electric is 34.0 p/kWh. Im so confused by it all

the average for the UK is 34p, with regional variations. Are you sure you've been paying 50.09 for months? That isn't correct for a varaible tarrif anywhere since April 2022 - the maximum was 30p.
