I sent a gas meter reading on the 25th to update where I was (Electric is automatic) and on the 26th I got an email from Eon-Next saying they were taking a monthly direct debit of £133?
On my bills screen it comes up with the following.
Your normal DD is 200. Because of the government discount you’ll pay 133 in October. After that in November you’ll pay 247 probably less 67 for the government discount. The way they present this information hasn’t been adapted to the new reality.
