For the last few days i have' nt been able to get hold of anyone on he phone for both numbers you have, whatsapp(chatbot), twitter chatbot. I have sent various emails now and still have not had no response. I have a payment going out on the 28th an estimated bill direct debit which has been cancelled until i can speak to someone to get my a proper bill as i want to pay for what i am actually using and i will be paying by debit card going forward. Can someone please make contact me please as i find this quite unbelievable the shocking customer service. I have made reasonable efforts to make contact with you.

This is essentially a customer to customer forum and although it's moderated, you're far more likely to get a response by contacting eon-next directly.

Cancelling your direct debit is not advisable and potentially could create further problems.

If the estimated bill is the route of the problem you can submit an actual reading yourself in order to get an accurate bill.
