Daily usage not showing on mobile app

Ths app has been working fine since I downloaded it. Come to have a look at Septembers figures and nothing is showing. Can anyone help with this issue ?

I've just checked my Eon Next app and can confirm that my September's figures are also missing. Must be a glitch further back in the chain so perhaps we'll have to sit it out for a bit.

I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.

The app has been missing usage figures for a couple of weeks until a few days ago when they came back, eon-next have just updated the app and they've gone again. At least I can rely on a third party app to analyse my usage.

Same here, no usage data showing in app since 1 September.

Is it just the 'Daily usage insights' that have no data, if you go back to August is the data there?
It looks as if the app needs a week of data before it shows anything, if you want to look at your usage and costs I would suggest using a third party app.

@Andy65 thanks for your response. Yes, August's daily usage data is there and I'm now seeing September's daily gas usage but still no electricity data. Perhaps I'm being a bit too impatient! I tried the third party app others have suggested but as my IHD still has my old tariff that's not as accurate as the daily usage data in the app.
