About 1 year ago we agreed to having smart meters installed, but the IHD never worked from the start, & we were told by the installer that YOU would fix this remotely, which never happened, & also our gas meter is not sending you readings!
The lady that come to repair in April in this year had it all working, but the department did something that ruined everything! The lady was on the verge of tears, & swearing over the phone, & we were told to wait 2 months for another appointment! We are now four months on, with still no contact!
I am a carer for my elderly mother, & we NEED to see what energy we are using!
We are about to look into registering on the "priority service register", but in the meantime, could you PLEASE resolve this meter & IHD issue with some urgency!
