Hello all newbie to the forum here.
when submitting this month's electric meter reading I noticed that last month I gave a higher reading than it should have been. Instead of 84*** I gave 85***.
This month Ive given the correct reading will this be noted and corrected accordingly. ? Cheers. Tony.
I suspect it will be queried, be prepared to send in a picture of your meter and the current reading to customer services with your explanation and They'll sort it out, eventually.
Current Eon Next and EDF customer, ex Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.
