Hi there - I am a little confused and wondered if someone could help. We are on a Next Exclusive 2 Year v5, Fixed term ends 09/2023.
BUT does this still apply with the upcoming changes happening?
I haven't received any information or emails etc from eon and I am freaking out a little if this is not being honoured.
I hope some one can clarify.

I`m no expert but I think you are freaking out for no reason, you took out a fixed tariff and your prices were protected for 2 years, there is no reason why that should change.
I had a two year fixed price contract with Zog for gas to March 2023. The only reason they got out of it is that they went bust! So unless Eon next goes bust you're safe enough. Congratulations on your foresight.
But keep an eye on developments in the Market. As far as I understand it all eon next tariffs can be exited without charge. At present, it seems unlikely, but if prices did actually go down compared to your deal you could switch to an ever cheaper tariff.
