I haven't received any bills since I was transferred from Symbio through SOLR.
I had been adding my own meter reading anyway but I got a smart meter installed on the 10th February; since then the send a reading page on the website just says "No meter reading details available" when selecting my smart meter.
Can anyone check my final meter reading on the old meter was taken and recorded before it was removed and my new smart meter is actually working properly?
