Last month i received a bill for 400gbp+ from a debt management company saying I owed Npower this amount.
I have a signed contract for a tenant during this period.
I left the UK in 2013 and not lived there since. The property has been tenanted since.
1. Firstly i want to resolve this so they stop harrasing me (Despite me giving them lots of info on the account)
2. How can Npower assume that i had an account when it wasnt even opened by me!
Calling your call centre is expensive from here and waited 25 mins on one occasion.

@Londoner I wouldn't worry about it if I were you. It's happened to me by other company. If they don't have the evidence, then you can have them for harrassment. I counter threatened them this way, and they left me alone.
