Worth switching now or after 1st July?

    @meldrewreborn There are some apps out there which take your hh smart meter data and try to guess the best tariff for you, however these fall flat because they can't know what your actual usage COULD BE, if you flexed it. I. E. If you charge your car 7-10pm, the cost of that slots kWh makes a big difference, but if you COULD charge it 'whenever' the best tariff is one with really cheap electrons at whatever time of day otr night.

    there are a lot of apps that exist, but not that many that are really useful. As I don’t use that much Electricity, and don’t have solar, EV, or battery storage but do have gas CH, TOU tariffs are of zero interest to me, but others might find them useful, and finding the best tariff can be difficult.
    Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and think the smart meter programme is a waste of our money. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.
