So it seems I am entitled to the Standards of Performance Payment which has been outstanding since 28th March when I left Eon and didn't receive my final bill. But I knew nothing of this money owed to me. I have had no correspondence from Eon other than a reminder that I owe them £3. I just happened to look on my old account and spotted it on there. 😔
I phoned yesterday and the lovely lady I spoke to was very apologetic that this had happened and the cheque for £40 should now be with me in the next 10 days.
