If you or someone you live with has been diagnosed with a terminal illness the last thing you want to worry about are your energy bills, however you may find yourself asking "how can E.ON Next support me?"
While there isn't any single answer to this as each case is looked at individually - there are things that we can support with, including:
If you have a terminal illness you should ask your doctor, consultant or registered nurse (this could be a Macmillan Nurse for example) for an SR1 form to be completed.
An SR1 may allow you to claim certain benefits under special rules. It will also allow us as your energy supplier to understand your prognosis and put the correct support in place for your needs quickly, without intrusive questions and added pressure.
Once your SR1 is completed send us a copy to hi@eonnext.com and and our specialist team will look into your case to offer the best support possible based on your own individual needs and affordability.

- Support with existing energy debt
- Stopping debt collection action on your account so no referrals to debt collection agencies or field teams.
- Getting you added to the Priority Service Register if you're not already on there
- We can exchange your prepayment meter to a credit meter if it's unsafe or you're unable to top up - making it safer, more practical and easier for you to manage. We can also offer free meter moves
- We can also make referrals for specific support for example if you have cancer we can refer to Marie Curie / Macmillan etc
