Hello 👋 @alankh - This does seem to be an issue at the moment where customers are seeing the same message regardless of whether your renewal is due. As long as your tariff and end date is showing, this will not change.
When on the Next drive - your time of use is billed to half hourly data, so you won't see a day and night rate I'm afraid 😁

I see similar to your first point in the app. It would be very easy for me to accept their offer to renew my existing tariff that they say expires soon (but doesn’t) and by choosing any one of their suggestions end up paying more than I do now for the next 11 months.
I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.

The renewal issue seems to be resolved (for me) with this morning's update V1.12.6696. The only problem now is this comes up on the home screen
If you press update it suggests to update V1.12.6696 to V1.12.6696 via Eon Next website 🤔. 😂

The issue was that when you viewed the "Your tariff>>View tariff information" section of the app the Tariff Breakdown was only showing the daytime rate and standing charge, not the cheap overnight rate
This has happened previously too, but I think the current issue has been fixed and it now does show the cheap rate too.
