My account number is one digit too long for the typeform online account set up so I do not receive an email from eon to go to the next step.

After the "A-" are there 8 alphanumerical characters or are there more? If there 8 characters then try entering your account number without the "-" . Should there be more than 8 characters then the best course of action would be to contact Customer Services. Ways to do so can be found here: https://eonnext.com/contact

@WizzyWigg My account number does have 8 characters after the 'A-' the problem seems to be that the typeform section only allows for 9 characters in total. I have tried entering without the hyphen, I've also tried it without the 'A' and without the 'A-' and still haven't received an email.

You might still have to contact Customer Services to find out where the problem lies.

Just to check, do you already have an account number? If so you won't need to create an online account as you will already have one - you just need your email address to log in to your online portal

You will need to use email address you registered on your energy account when you signed up. On your first time logging in you will need to set a password.

If you haven't given us an email address then just pop a message through to an energy specialist as @WizzyWigg said and they will be able to add this on and help you get logged in 😀

If you are trying to set up a brand new account for a property you have just become responsible for and you don't yet have an account then again pop our energy specialists a message and they will be able to help you get you moved in to the property and get your account set up!
