So Ed Miliband has written to OFGEM, and they in turn write to the big six energy companies pointing out that back billing was outlawed 7 years ago and warning them if they don’t stop they’ll get a slap on the wrist. This is a pathetic response to an issue that should have ceased years ago. We still get posts on this topic, it really shouldn’t be so, but without firmer action from the regulator, like many other matters it will just drift on.
