I am an E.ON Next Customer and have recently switched to E.ON Drive and, following solar install, have also been approved for SEG. I also have an EV charger but it is old and not compatible with the E.ON Drive app.
I want to see my solar output and have been advised to sign up for E.ON Home but I can't seem to find a way to register for E.ON Home because when I go on the app it tells me to input the details from my invite email (which I don't have). E.ON Drive washed their hands of me saying 'not us - talk to E.ON Home' but I can't register for E.ON Home, hence going around in circles. Any ideas people?
