@ADO Yes - change at any time with no charge 👍
Also, if there's a better tariff for gas than drive V7 you can ask just to change the electricity to Drive V7 and say, keep the Gas on V6 or move to another gas tariff completely. Need to do this by phone rather than online. -

Hi all just a quick question how long does it take to change tariff. I call yesterday morning to change from v6 to v7 but the lady couldn’t change me over and said she would have to contact the ev team to implement the change and that I would receive an email shortly. But as of yet I’ve had nothing through
any information from people who have changed before would be helpful

Maybe try with another call - my Drive V3>V5 was done promptly on the spot without referring to the EV team.
Similarly with the change of my separate gas tariff (though I do remember the guy having problems sending me an email, but when I checked my account on the app it was already showing the gas change as pending and would happen in May, when my current tariff runs out) -

Thanks will try them again tomorrow. Whenever I have changed tariffs the change has been done with in a few hours so who knows 🤷🏻♂️ -
Update on my tariff change called customer service this morning and was told that the request was with the EV team and could take up to 14 days to change over. But it will be back dated once everything has gone through. Would have thought they could just change it over, but there you go

Is anyone from the eon team able to look at why it’s taking so long to transfer me from v6 to v7. I’ve called customer service again and was told the same thing with the transfer that it’s with the EV team, but I’ve not heard anything from them. I can understand if it’s a new customer but all seems to be taking a long time with no communication from eon. V8 will be out before I get switched over 😂
