@Andy65 I spoke to a very nice chap at Eon just now, who understood what I was talking about! Not the first time he's heard of it. It can be sorted. I now need to get more detailed photos of the individual meters and the whole setup to accompany the raising of the issue. I'll let you know how it goes. Jenny
@meldrewreborn Sorry, I hadn't seen your latest comment when I posted a short time ago after speaking to Eon. Once I get all the relevant photos I can send them off to Eon to get things under way - whichever way I'm not sure.
