I am new to SEG, only just got my solar & battery installed last week. My electric supply has to moved over to eon next today and hopefully onto the Drive tariff very soon.
I have a Landis + Gyr E470 electric meter which is a smets1 but has been on boarded to DCC and was successfully providing half hourly readings for my previous Intelligent Octopus Go tariff.
When completing my SEG application I needed to provide a picture of my export reading, however I don't seem to be able to get to this option. I have tried following numerous guides online for this meter including https://www.eonnext.com/electricity-...-reading-guide but no luck. I called the FIT/SEG telephone number (0808 501 5218) to speak to to an energy expert but was advised they do not deal with SEG, this is all done via email/forms. They advised to submit the form and email that I had difficulties with getting the read. I have since completed the application form, but there was no option to add any comments, no email address and no confirmation/reference number for the submission!
Wanted to see if anyone on here has any advice on where I stand with getting an export read from my meter? Anyone got the same meter and has been able to find this option? Could it not be compatible with export? Or does the menu appear once I am enrolled on SEG?
