Hi @nada Very rarely do I have problems logging on to either the app or website. Occasionally at busy times it can be a little slow. Have you tried a routine cache cleaning?

I used to find submitting readings (when I had to) for me was best after 22:00.
Really busy times can be end of the month and particularly when variable tariffs change.
PS Just logged on using app and it was almost instantaneous.
